For a show that's supposed to be based on real life, there's sure alot of fiction in here. And it really saddened me alot when I found out that Albert was a fictional character. The real Charles and Caroline didn't adopt ANY children.... Adam was a fictional character too since Mary Ingalls was never married, which meant the episode where her baby died in the house fire should never have been aired. The episode where James was shot should never have been aired either, cause that too, was fictional (and both of those episodes were horrible) Goes to show, even THESE producers made making money a high priority. Anyway, I saw an episode today where Reverend Alden said in his 30 years of ministry, he'd never seen a miracle.... and then in the episode where there was that fake minister, he said to Charles, "Miracles are real Charles, I've seen them." And now this episode, Laura of all people (considering this whole show was based around her), she was introduced to Royal for the first time on here, and yet in the previous, they met when Laura took care of his 2 boys. The main reason I loved this show so much was because it was supposed to be real stories. That's why I was so sad when I found out so much of it was fictional
