Set in London in 1887, the series follows the life of Detective Inspector Rabbit who has spent long time at his job. At the series, he cooperates with his partner, Strauss. They are joined by the female officer Mabel Wisbech. Three of them work together to solve the mysterious crimes and murders but in a comedy way.
