The story revolves around two people, Cheech and Chung, who seem to be torn in the streets of Los Angeles, where they cause trouble wherever they go anywhere in the city. The story begins when Cheech loses his job, so the boat professionals will go to the social welfare offices where Cheech's girlfriend Dona is. After a time of crisis, both men find themselves on the streets looking for a way to earn a new income after losing the job. It will change when Cheech's cousin arrives and makes everything more crazy
