The movie follows the story of Cliff and Sydney who have been married for some time. The duo makes a trip by walking distances through a secluded area on the island of Hawaii. In this secluded area, the couple discovers that they are being chased by a group of psychiatric patients who also chase down tourists and kill them on the islands.
