The film follows the story of Rico Sims, who was able to create a monster that could terrorize everywhere, which is half a preracuda, half a barracuda. One day, the creature inevitably escapes to destroy the coast in search of food, and things turn into a bad path while Sharktopus, a creature half of the sharks, half of the octopus, tries to stop everything this creature does.
