Harvey seems to be living a tragic and painful life in Buenaventura, Colombia. The story of Harvey began where he and his three friends were sentenced to life of poverty and uncertainty. Perhaps the situation has not changed for a long time and young people are still thinking about a way to escape the painful reality. To escape this painful reality, Harvey and his friends use music and urban dance to overcome their fate and the long-lived life of poverty.
